Tools for mediators.

You are a Florida-certified mediator. Whether you handle DFS-assigned property insurance cases, circuit civil and family law mediations, or HOA pre-suit disputes, you manage your own calendar and your own scheduling — often without any staff to help. We built tools that make that easier. Built by a Florida-licensed attorney and Certified Circuit Civil Mediator with over a decade of hands-on mediation practice.

Who these tools are built for.

Florida certified mediators work across a range of case types — DFS-assigned property insurance disputes, circuit civil and family law mediations, and HOA pre-suit mediations required by Florida law. What they share is the same challenge: managing their own scheduling workflow without dedicated administrative support.

These tools were built by one of you. A Florida-licensed attorney who has been a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2011, handling every one of these case types — and who built the tools he needed when the cost of a scheduling assistant no longer made sense.

DFS Mediation Scheduler

For Florida mediators on the DFS property insurance roster — schedule a conference in three clicks, directly from the DFS assignment page.

Starting at
$9.99/mo
10-day free trial — no credit card required

What it does

  • Reads case details directly off the DFS assignment page — case number, claim number, insured name, address, and every contact
  • Checks your Google Calendar for open blocks and surfaces your available times automatically
  • Drafts every scheduling email — initial outreach, new date proposals, confirmation, and scheduled notice — saved to your Gmail Drafts
  • Sets up the meeting link — Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
  • You review every draft before anything is sent — it never sends mail on your behalf

How it works

  1. 1
Extract — Open the DFS assignment page and click Extract. Every case detail is read automatically.
  2. 2
Find availability — Checks your Google Calendar and surfaces your open weekday blocks on your terms.
  3. 3
Draft the emails — Every required scheduling email is written and waiting in your Gmail Drafts. You read, adjust if needed, and send.
  4. 4
Set up the meeting — Generates your Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet link and includes it in the confirmation.

Circuit civil and family law mediations follow a different referral and assignment workflow than DFS cases — but the scheduling burden is the same. This tool will follow a similar approach to the DFS Scheduler: read the case details, check your calendar, draft the emails, and let you review before anything goes out.

Designed for Florida Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediators who manage their own caseload without scheduling support.

Under Florida Statute §720.311, disputes between homeowners and their HOA or COA are subject to mandatory pre-suit mediation before litigation can proceed. This creates a distinct and recurring scheduling workflow for mediators who handle these cases.

This scheduler will be built specifically for that workflow — reading the dispute details, identifying the required parties, drafting the required notices and scheduling correspondence, and checking your calendar, all in one streamlined process.

Florida Statute §720.311 — Disputes between an association and a parcel owner regarding use of or damage to common areas and other covenant enforcement disputes, and disputes regarding amendments to the association documents, must be submitted to nonbinding arbitration or pre-suit mediation before the dispute is filed in court.
